we deliver to the columbus, ohio area on sunday from 2–7 pm.
or you can pick up your order at our grandview location at the Food Lab, 1400 dublin road, columbus, oh 43215 on sunday from 3–5pm or monday from 10 am–2pm.

Heat + Eat
your l+l meals are ready when you are—just 3 minutes in the microwave.
it’s fun to be able to pick a meal from your fridge stack to eat that day, or you can plan your meals for the week and label them (like our founder, Kat, does!)
heating instructions are listed on each meal. just 2-3 minutes in the microwave gets the job done, but you can also pop them in a pan or oven to heat them up.
