for example, if you'd like to place an order for delivery or pickup on Sunday, January 21, 2024, your order must be placed by Thursday, January 18 at 11:59 PM.

all meals are delivered right to your door or available for pick-up at our Grandview location.

our delivery window is Sunday from 2-7pm.

our pick-up windows are Sunday from 3-5pm or Monday 10am-2pm.

delivery is $9.99 per order or FREE if your order is $99+

a confirmation text will be sent Sunday morning for both delivery and pick up orders.

your meals will come in a sealed box on ice + will remain cold for up to 3 hours upon arrival.

you will also receive a confirmation text that your order is arriving when your driver is about 10 minutes away.

many of our meals have options (like cauli rice or sticky rice) available in the meal descriptions.

but we can't make customizations to meals by special request.

our meals are always made fresh to order and delivered refrigerated.

quality is our highest priority. we use the freshest, premium ingredients available. we want your meal experience to feel like you're dining at a local, chef-driven, artisan restaurant!

all breakfast, lunch + dinner items will last up to 5 days refrigerated or 3 months frozen.

all snack items (dips/truffles) will last up to 10 days refrigerated or 3 months frozen.

yes! it's important to us that you can choose items that are right for YOU!

every menu item lists allergens, nutritional information + ingredients.

while we offer allergen free options like gluten free and dairy free, our kitchen is not allergen free.

nope! we get it, commitment isn't for everyone. order what you want, when you want. no strings attached.

if you want to subscribe/set it + forget it ordering, we do have three meal plans that you can add one time to your cart and receive weekly.

with this option you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime in your online account portal.

yes!

our meal container trays, sleeves, seal/film, salad bowls + lids are all biodegradable—meaning the materials will decompose in soil.

our oat/soup containers + lids are not compostable, but they are recyclable and are made from recycled materials.

recycle your boxes in your household recycling bin.

throw plastic liners in your trash—they can't be recycled at this time as our local vendor does not have recyclable insulation available. however, they are developing a recyclable option for us because it's important to us—so it's coming soon!

your ice packs have recycling instructions on the back or can be reused for household use.

we cannot reuse boxes, so just put those in your recycling bin.
