Our subscription meal plans make eating healthy easy and automatic. Each week, you’ll receive 5 freshly prepared meals, billed on your personal subscription schedule and prepared after the weekly menu closes.
Meals are delivered or ready for pickup the following Sunday:
- Delivery: Sundays 12–8pm (holiday weeks may deliver Sunday or Monday)
- Pickup: Sundays 3–5pm or Mondays 10am–2pm
Each subscription includes a curated selection of five chef-crafted meals each week, based on the meal plan you choose. Menus rotate weekly, and all meals arrive fully prepared and ready to heat and enjoy.
Need more than 5 meals? You can add multiple meal plans to a single subscription, as long as they’re purchased in the same transaction.

Once enrolled, your subscription will continue to auto-fill each week unless you choose to skip, pause, or cancel.
Yes! You can skip a week, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime directly from your account before your personal billing cutoff. There’s no limit on how many times you can skip or pause, and skipping a week does not change your regular billing day.
If your order has already billed and you need assistance, please email us at info@luxeandlemons.com by Thursday at 5:00pm, and our team will help cancel your order before meals go out.
Important: If you skip after your billing date, you will still receive that week’s delivery, and your next scheduled delivery will be skipped instead.
Log into your Luxe + Lemons account and select Subscriptions. From there, you can view upcoming orders, skip weeks, pause, or cancel your subscription in just a few clicks.
Meal plans are thoughtfully curated for each plan and can’t be customized at this time. If a menu doesn’t work for you one week, you’re always welcome to skip before your billing cutoff and place an à la carte order instead.
You’re billed weekly at 10:00am on the same day of the week you placed your first subscription order (for example, Tuesdays at 10:00am). This becomes your permanent billing day and does not change, even if you skip a week or pause your subscription.
Your Upcoming Order (or Next Order) date is your billing date — not your delivery date. This is the day your order processes and your deadline (by 10:00am) to make changes for that menu week.
Meals are delivered or ready for pickup on the Sunday following the menu’s close.
All changes must be made before 10:00am on your personal billing day. This cutoff is based on your individual subscription schedule — not the menu’s Thursday closing time.

Think of this as a simple weekly 3-step cycle:
1. The Menu
A new menu goes live every Friday at 7:30am and closes the following Thursday at 11:59pm.
2. The Deadline
Your personal billing day is your deadline to swap meals, skip, pause, or cancel for that specific menu week.
3. The Food
No matter which day you’re billed, meals are prepared after the menu closes on Thursday and delivered or ready for pickup the immediate Sunday (or Monday, depending on your selection).
Example
If your billing day is Tuesday:
- Tuesday at 10:00am: You’re billed and your order for that menu week is locked in
- Thursday night: The menu closes
- Sunday: Your fresh meals arrive (or are ready for pickup)
